Lynx Point

Snow Tiger Siamese also known and recognized as Seal Lynx, Chocolate Lynx, Blue Lynx and Lilac Lynx or colorpoint Shorthair depending on the cats registry are another style of the Traditional "Applehead" Siamese or Balinese that few people are aware of.

Lynx still have the wonderful rounded heads and robust bodies of the Siamese, however, the difference is, instead of a solid color point they have stripes on their face that creates a "M" on their foreheads with horizontal stripes across their cheeks that start at the corner of their eyes.  Their tales and legs are beautifully banded with the same color stripes as their faces creating an elegant and mysterious appearance. 

Lynx maintain the same talkative nature and the deep attachment to their people as any Siamese with a twisted flare of an exotic appearance.  They are precocious, inquisitive and highly intelligent.  They are also known for their longevity and with good health can live anywhere from 15 to 25 years, sometimes even longer.
